Instructions:

For the nut buttons, cream butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until very fluffy. Add eggs and whisk again. Add lemon zest and nuts.

Mix flour with baking powder and sift in as well. Dough should be easy to knead.

Pipe the dough into round buttons and bake at 180° hot air for about 10-15 minutes. When the nut buttons are cool, fill with strawberry jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
