Instructions:

First, stir the sugar and yolks until foamy.

Wet the breadcrumbs with rum and fold into the mixture with baking powder. Add the nuts. Finally, fold in a snow.

For the cream, mix coffee, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes and let cool.

After cooling, cut out horizontally in the middle, fill with the cream, cover with whipped cream and garnish with walnuts and chocolate flakes as desired.
