For the nut cake, first beat the eggs until thick and creamy, then add sugar and stir until dissolved. Finally, add all the other ingredients in order and stir well.

The dough is enough to fill a normal loaf pan (about 25 cm long). It should be well coated with fat and breadcrumbs so that nothing cakes and the cake can be easily removed from the mold.

Bake the nut cake for 1 hour at 150 degrees with top and bottom heat.
