Mix the whipped cream with the rum, add the powdered sugar and the egg yolks and stir well. Whip in a boiling water bath until thick. Add the ground hazelnuts and beat for a while.

Then remove from the kitchen stove and stir until the cream has cooled. Pour into a glass bowl and garnish with the nuts.
