For the nut cakes, whip the 6 egg whites into snow. Beat the yolks, butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.

Mix flour, nuts and baking powder and stir into the yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Bake the nut cake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
