Instructions:

For the Nutella slices, whisk eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Then slowly stir in the oil and water. Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder and stir in as well.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let the dough cool down.

Turn the pastry sheet over with baking frame and spread with apricot jam. Whip 500 ml patisserie cream with cream stiffener and add powdered sugar.

Spread this mixture on the pastry sheet and refrigerate. Then whip 500 ml patisserie cream with cream stiffener.

Stir in the Nutella and spread on the white mixture. Decorate the Nutella slices with any chocolate decorations.
