For the octopus roll, first mix flour with yeast for the yeast dough. Add sugar and salt and oil. Knead with the water until a smooth dough is formed. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for about 20 minutes.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts and shape them into balls. Form 8 of these balls into tentacles, twist them slightly and place them in a circle on the baking paper. Brush the center with the beaten egg and place the last ball on top as a head. Brush everything with the egg. Press the olives in as eyes.
Put the octopus roll in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
