Butter the gratin dish sufficiently, remove the bones from the fish, portion and place in the gratin dish.

Melt butter in a small saucepan, add sliced luch and cook gently for two minutes.

Sprinkle in flour, fold in and make one minute.

Stir in milk and whipping cream. Bring to a boil.

Pour sauce over fish and add bay spice.

Give cover, put in the stove heated to 180 degrees (gas: level 4) cook for 25 min. Then remove the lid, spread cheese evenly over the fish and return to the stove until the surface is nicely browned.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Serve with boiled potatoes and buttered carrots.
