Instructions:

For the olive bread, mix all ingredients, “let rise”, beat together and let rise again. Form 3 rolls and cut crosswise every 5 cm about 1 cm. Bake at 200° C for about 15 minutes.

For the dip, wash and cut the melanzani, cut in half lengthwise, prick with a fork and then bake in the oven. Roast peppers over an open flame or in the oven until black. Then wash off the skin and cut into fine cubes, finely chop the garlic. Scoop out the flesh of the baked melanzani with a spoon, mix this mass with the paprika, garlic, zest and juice of one lemon, season with salt and pepper and flavor with ground coriander seeds.

Serve the olive bread with the melanzani dip.
