Instructions:

For the olive cheese balls, knead a dough from the given ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour.

Then form it into a roll and cut into 20 pieces. Now wrap the individual olives in the dough and form them into balls again.

Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water, brush the packed olive dough balls with it and coat them in poppy seeds.

Bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
