Instructions:

(probably wholemeal flour works just as well) about an eighth an eighth an eighth to a quarter l of warm milk (you can leave out just as well) cut and and steamed in oil.

Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough. Let it rise. Shape into a loaf (or put into a loaf pan), score the top. Let rise again. Brush with egg or milk. Bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes. Tastes best with butter only and perhaps lightly salted.
