For the onion Camembert first finely mash the Camembert with a fork.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, mix with the egg yolk, the finely diced bell pepper, the spices and the crushed garlic clove.

Clean the lettuce, chop it into bite-sized pieces and arrange a salad bed on a serving platter.

Spread the onion Camembert on top and enjoy best on or with dark spice bread.
