For the onion chicken cutlet, place the chicken cutlet or chicken fillet in a baking dish. Mix 250 ml of whipping cream or Cremefine to boil with a packet of onion soup. Pour over the cutlets.

Put into the oven at 200°C for about 25 – 30 minutes. It should be a nice brown color on the surface.

The onion-chicken cutlet goes well with mashed potatoes, noodles and salad.
