For the onion jam, heat the olive oil a little. Peel the onions, cut them into rings and sauté them in it. Add salt, pepper, sugar, rosemary and vinegar and let everything caramelize while stirring.

Deglaze with red wine, grenadine and soup and reduce until the consistency is right. Remove the jam from the heat, let cool and pour into jam jars.
