Instructions:

Make a yeast dough from the ingredients, let it rise for half an hour.

Beat again briefly, let rest a little, put the dough on a greased baking sheet. Pull up a little dough at the edge so that the filling does not run out. Let rest for another 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the topping. Peel the onion and cut it into fine rings.

Melt olive oil and some butter in a pan, sauté onions in it until soft, do not brown, just steam slowly for about 20-25 minutes in their own juice.

Peel and finely chop garlic, chop parsley as well. Add garlic and parsley to onions, saute briefly. Remove from heat, let cool and season.

Whisk eggs and whipping cream, add grated cheese and oat flakes and mix everything with the onion.

Spread the onion mixture on the yeast dough and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
