For the oopsies with egg, beat the egg whites with salt until firm. Mix the herb cream cheese, baking powder, yolk and garlic until smooth and fold into the snow.

Use a spoon to make 6 regular mounds and 3 in the shape of a wreath, then carefully break an egg into the center. Bake at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.

When slightly cooled, make into any filled rolls.
