Peel apples and cut into a saucepan, remove core. Grate orange peel into the pot with the apple pieces.

Halve and squeeze the grated oranges, add the juice to the apples and cook until the apples fall apart.

If you like it sweet, you can add coconut blossom sugar or honey. When the apples are completely soft, finely puree everything with a blender.

Whip the cream until stiff and spread the orange-apple puree on plates while it is still warm, arrange with the whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachios.
