Instructions:

For the orange cake, cream the butter, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and ground almonds and stir into the butter mixture with the orange zest and juice.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and sprinkle the flaked almonds on top. Bake the orange cake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
