Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat for the orange-chocolate ring cake. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites and half of the sugar until stiff peaks form.

Beat butter and remaining sugar in another bowl until fluffy. Gradually add the egg yolks and then the orange zest. Mix flour, baking soda, chocolate chips and salt in a bowl.

Add alternately with the orange juice to the butter-egg mixture and mix. Fold in the snow. Pour the finished batter into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 50 minutes. Let the orange-chocolate ring cake cool briefly, turn it out and cover with the chocolate glaze.
