Our tip: With fennel, always use the tender fennel green, it gives the dishes a wonderful aroma!

Peel the oranges including the white skin and then cut them into thin slices. Collect the orange juice in the process. Clean and rinse fennel and lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
