Try this delicious cake recipe:

*2 Gugelhupf 16 cm ø or possibly 1 Gugelhupf 24 cm ø Mix soft salt, fat, sugar, grated orange zest and eggs with the whisks of a mixer until creamy. Add both flours and baking powder and fold in. Fold in drained tangerines.

Fill the dough into greased molds. Place in the oven, set to 200 °C and bake for approx. 50 min. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
