Peel and then juice the oranges. Mix with preserving sugar (according to package instructions), i.e. 1 kg juice corresponds to 500 g preserving sugar 2:1. Add a little vodka. The mixing ratio to the sugar must be correct. Bring to a boil while stirring and fill into jars while still warm.

Tip: Always use the juiciest and tastiest oranges. It is not worth saving here.
