and boil in five minutes to a syrup. Brush one orange thoroughly under hot water. Peel the outer peel of this orange very thinly so that none of the white, furry inner peel remains attached to it. Cut the peel into millimeter-thin strips. Then remove the white inner peel from the orange in the same way. Peel the remaining two oranges as usual. Divide the peeled oranges into wedges and fillet them, i.e. remove the peel. Cut the filleted orange wedges diagonally in half and remove the seeds if necessary.
