Instructions:

For the dough, mix margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolks and orange zest until creamy. Gradually stir in the orange juice. Sift the flour and stir in by the tablespoon. Fill the dough into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and pipe approx. 6 cm long bars onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 7 minutes until light. Stir the nut-nougat mixture in a hot water bath until smooth and coat half of the sticks with it, cover with the remaining sticks. Melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath, dip one end of each orange stick in it and leave to set on a wire rack.
