Instructions:

Cut a lid from the oranges into small pieces.

Cut a small slice at the bottom so that the oranges remain standing.

Remove the pulp with a small spoon and place in a suitable bowl.

Remove the seeds and white parts of the fruit.

Put the orange peels in the freezer form.

Soak the gelatine in water for a few minutes.

Crush the pulp and sieve it.

Heat the juice mixed with vodka and sparkling wine.

Squeeze the gelatine well and add to the heated mixture.

Cut the Black Forest Ham into strips and mix with the fresh dill and shrimps in the slightly cooled jelly.

Fill the oranges with the jelly and leave to cool.

Serve with a small salad garnish as an intermediate course or entrée.

Of course, a glass of sparkling wine goes best with it.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
