Remove the peel from the oranges like an apple. Also trim the white skin. Cut four even slices from each orange, not too narrow. Preheat the oven to 225°C, gas oven to level 4. Spread the bread slices with butter, then with mustard and then with mayo. Place the slices of roast veal on top and the cooked ham on top. Top each toast with 4 orange slices. Season lightly with salt. Arrange the drained tomato peppers cut into strips on top. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place the bread on the tray in the heated oven on the middle shelf. Bake for 15 minutes. Arrange on warm plates.

If you want fillets, cut them out along the separating skins with a kitchen knife.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
