Instructions:

Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Gradually fold in the eggs.

Sift the flour mixed with baking powder and add. As a last step, briefly mix in the orange zest and the orange liqueur.

Grease the cake pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into it and smooth it out. Bake the cake for approx. 40 minutes at 180 °C convection oven.

Mix the powdered sugar with the orange juice and the melted coconut oil to a smooth glaze and coat the cake with it.

Put the orange peel strips in the orange juice boiled with sugar and let them steep for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle on the icing when cooled.
