A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Beat eggs and sugar in a food processor with a whisk until creamy. Gradually add canola oil, grated orange zest and yogurt. Preheat the oven to 160-180 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, sift onto the egg mixture and fold in. Cover a baking tray or a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the dough onto it, spread it out smoothly and bake for about 45 minutes.

In the meantime, bring the orange juice to the boil and let the sugar melt in it. Using a zester, thinly peel the lime, squeeze it, stir the juice into the syrup and gradually drizzle it over the cake. Garnish with the lime zest before serving.

Tip:

Do not try to decorate the cake with powdered sugar, it will be absorbed on the spot.
