Instructions:

For the Oregano Foccacia, mix all ingredients well together to form a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

Knead the dough well again by hand and roll out or flatten to a thickness of about 2 cm. Bake in the oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 10-15 minutes.

Remove the Oregano Foccacia from the oven and serve lukewarm.
