Instructions:

For the oven vegetables preheat the oven to 190 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper. (if possible with grill function) Peel the potatoes and cut them into thicker slices – put them into a bowl.

Wash the carrots and cut them into rough pieces – add these to the bowl as well. Wash the zucchini and cut into rough cubes – add these to the bowl as well.

Now add the olive oil, herbs, barbecue seasoning and salt and mix everything well. Put the vegetables on the baking tray and roast in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.

Arrange the oven vegetables and serve.
