Make pancake batter, make minced dough. Bake thin pancakes, spread with minced dough and roll up, place in a greased gratin dish, etc. Makes 4 to 5 pieces. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes. Serve with green leaf salad or possibly potato salad prepared only with vinegar and oil.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
