Instructions:

1. stir paradeis pulp, cinnamon and white wine vinegar with 5 tbsp. oil. Clean the chicory and cut into strips. Clean and rinse the romaine lettuce, pluck or cut into small pieces.

Peel papaya, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut flesh into strips. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the flesh from the skin. Cut into strips.

Mix papaya and avocado with half of the salad dressing.

Rub rump steaks with paprika powder, a little salt and pepper and roast in a frying pan in 2 tbsp oil for 3-4 min on each side.

4. put romaine lettuce and chicory on plates. Cut steaks into slices, place on lettuce. Papaya-avocado mixture on top form and drizzle the whole with the remaining salad dressing.
