Instructions:

Finely chop the onion, fry in oil. Also fry the turkey cutlets until golden brown, then remove. Add tomato paste and paprika powder to the pan, stir briefly and pour in vegetable stock. Stir in the crème fraîche and whipped cream, bring to the boil briefly and add the peppers (finely chopped). Add the cutlets and let them steam. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
