For the paprika-ham tarte flambée, roll out the dough and spread it on a baking tray. Spread the curd cheese with salt, pepper and the Mediterranean herb mixture all over the dough.

Cut or pluck the mozarella into small pieces and spread on the curd mixture. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin slices, then spread them generously on the dough base.

Cut the ham into small pieces and distribute according to your taste. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top and place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees.

Let bake for 15-20 minutes until the edge of the dough is nice and golden brown.
