For the bell pepper sauce, heat the butter in a pan and sweat the garlic in it. Wash the bell bell pepper, remove the core, dice and add to the pan.

Deglaze with whipping cream and sour cream. Stir in parsley and Philadelphia. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika powder. If the consistency is still too thick, dilute the paprika sauce with milk.
