Instructions:

First, pluck the herbs and chop finely. Knead with the remaining ingredients for the meatballs.

Form small balls from the mixture and cook in enough boiling water.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat some oil in a pot and fry onion and garlic in it. Add tomato paste and flour. Deglaze with white wine and add soup and passata. Let it boil down a bit and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the meatballs among deep plates, pour the soup over them and garnish each with a blob of sour cream.

Arrange the soup and serve.
