Instructions:

Crush the garlic cloves, sauté in oil with oregano, thyme and bay leaf spices, add the tomatoes with their juice, the tomato paste and the red wine and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped peppers and mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Roast the steaks in 2 tbsp. olive oil on each side for 4 min, season with salt, season with pepper and serve with the sauce.

Our tip: Use your favorite red wine for cooking!
