Instructions:

Mix milk, eggs and flour to a pancake dough, let rest briefly and bake approx. 8 pancakes in a coated pan with olive oil. Prepare the minced meat with the KNORR base according to the package instructions. Mix in one third of the canned tomatoes and the olives. Fill the pancakes with it and put them into an ovenproof dish. Top with the remaining canned tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
