For the Parmigiano Lollipops, preheat the oven to approx. 100 – 150 °C set to broil function. Grate the Parmigiano.

Form about half a portion into small round circles (about 2 to 3 cm in diameter) and lay them on the aluminum foil.

Place the sticks on top. Sprinkle the other half of the Parmigiano on top. The cheese should remain on the round shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. When the cheese looks slightly melted, but you can still see the individual pieces of Parmesan, remove from the oven and let cool.

When the Parmigiano Lollipops are cold, remove the aluminum foil and serve!
