For the Party Pizza Bread with Onion, heat the oven to 180 °C convection. Roll up the pizza dough and mix the cream cheese and crème fraîche with the grated Emmental, spread on the dough.

Cut the onion into rings and place them on the pizza dough as well. Roll up the dough lengthwise and roll onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cut the dough roll twice and bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
