Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Drain the tomatoes, collecting the juice. Dice the tomatoes. Chop parsley. Remove seeds from chili peppers and cut into rings. Finely dice onion, chop garlic. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Add chili, half of the parsley, tomato juice and cubes, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and

clear soup to taste. In the meantime, cook spaghetti in enough boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Arrange on plates with the sauce and sprinkle with remaining parsley.
