Dice bacon. In a large frying pan with oil fry leisurely at moderate temperature, set aside.

Mix whipping cream and eggs to a creamy consistency, season vigorously with pepper and salt. Add grated Parmesan cheese.

Cook the pasta on the stove for 7-9 minutes until al dente. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely, steam them gently in the cooking fat. Drain the pasta and put it into the frying pan. Turn thoroughly in the bacon fat to the other side. Remove the frying pan from the stove, pour in the egg and whipped cream mixture and quickly mix into the pasta without the eggs starting to set. The sauce must remain creamy. Serve the pasta on plates, sprinkle with the bacon cubes, season with freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
