Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Sauté the mince in it until hearty. Add the Grafschafter, tomato juice, Paradeismark Goldsaft and coffee and simmer gently for 1/2 hour over low heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Season the sauce heartily with salt and oregano. Sauce over the spaghetti form and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
