A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Make pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain. Rinse chicken, dry, cut into strips. Clean mushrooms and vegetables, rinse. Cut mushrooms in half, fennel into slices and leek into rings. Roast meat in hot fat for about 5 minutes. Pepper, take out. Fennel in the roast fat form and about 15 min. softly stew. Steam mushrooms and leek for about 5 minutes. Mix prepared ingredients, season to taste, place in a greased gratin dish. Stir crème fraîche, egg and crumbled cheese, season and add. Cook at 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Remove the peel from the orange, fillet and cook for 5 minutes.
