For the pasta casserole, cook the pasta according to package directions. Clean and slice the carrots.

Steam broccoli and carrots in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes, and drain. Heat a non-stick frying pan.

Lightly fry onion and sausage without adding fat. Mix eggs well with milk and Cremefine and season with soup seasoning.

Lightly grease a baking dish with butter and mix pasta, vegetables, onion and sausage in it. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over it and sprinkle the diced mozzarella on top. Bake the pasta casserole for about 30 minutes at 170° degrees.
