Instructions:

Cook pasta in enough salted water until done. Mix curd cheese, whipped cream and eggs until smooth. Cut bacon into fine cubes and fry. Rinse the peppers, remove the core and add the diced peppers to the bacon, sauté until translucent and then mix into the curd mixture.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Stir in half of the finely chopped parsley. Form the cooked noodles into a greased gratin dish. Spread curd mixture evenly over noodles.

Bake in a heated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole with the remaining parsley.

Serve with: tomato salad
