Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a gratin dish with light butter.

Cook the pasta in salted water until “al dente”, drain and place in a suitable bowl.

Bacon in a frying pan, without fat to the pasta form, in the remaining fat fry the onion cubes with the garlic and also to the pasta form.

Chop the ham, mix with the parsley, season with salt and pepper and fill into the baking dish.

Mix the sour cream with the eggs, add 100 gr of cheese, heat slightly until the cheese has melted, stir the sauce until smooth, season to taste, spread evenly over the pasta, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and finally dust with a little chili spice.

Bake the casserole in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with : enough green Vogerlsalat or possibly leaf salad Drink : well cooled, moderate Rosé or possibly white wine

Our tip : use a delicious spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
