For the noodle-mushroom pan, first cook the Fleckerl al dente in salted water. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms with water and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick, cut the orange pointed bell pepper into small pieces. Cut the ham and the onion into small cubes. Cut the garlic into slices.

First, sauté the carrots with the bell bell pepper and onion with chili oil in a frying pan. Once the vegetables are soft, remove them from the pan. Add some neutral cooking oil to the pan and sauté the onion, garlic and ham.

Once these are browned, remove them from the pan as well. Sauté the mushrooms in the pan until they pull together and are cooked through. Add the fleckerl first and stir well.

Then add all the ingredients that were sautéed earlier. Now add the whipped cream, the Creme Fine, herb salt and pepper and stir well. Spread the grated cheese on top and put a lid on the pan. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
