For the pasta salad with avocado and chicken, first cook the penne according to package instructions, strain and rinse with cold water, strain.

Rub chicken fillet with salt and curry and fry in oil on both sides for 5 minutes each. Cool and cut into strips. In the same pan, fry bacon slices until crisp and drain on paper towels.
