For the pasta salad with summer vegetables, wash the zucchini and cut into cubes. Blanch in hot water for 2 minutes and let drain.

Cut tomatoes into eighths, remove stalk and season with sugar and salt.

Wash the arugula, sort it and chop it coarsely.

Cook the pasta “al dente”, strain and let cool. Then mix with the vegetables, basil and finely chopped garlic.

Season the pasta salad with summer vegetables with olive oil, pepper and salt and serve.
